Theta 5K

Each year, Texas A&M’s Kappa Alpha Theta hosts an annual 5K benefiting Voices for Children, CASA. This student-led event brings together Aggies, families, and community members to raise awareness and critical funds in support of children in the foster care system.

Proceeds from the 5K help Voices for Children recruit, train, and support CASA volunteers – everyday advocates who stand up for a child’s best interests in court and help ensure they are placed in safe, permanent homes. Voices for Children is grateful to Kappa Alpha Theta for their continued partnership and commitment to making a lasting difference for vulnerable children in our community.
